海茵莊園位於將軍澳石角路1號，鄰近康城港鐵站。發展項目包括兩棟多層式住宅大廈，一座住客康樂設施大樓及位處地庫停車場，覆蓋總數面面積約48,200平方米。此住宅發展項目由九龍建業有限公司全資擁有。兩幢住宅大樓共提供1,556個單位。住客康樂設施包括一座住客會所大樓、約25米戶外游泳池、莊園式主題園林花園、多功能室內球場、健身室、多媒體遊戲、宴會廳房、戶外身童遊樂場及燒烤園區等等。海茵莊園於2022年1月份完工，現已成為康城區內最具代表性之住宅項目之一。
