Manor Hill is located at 1 Shek Kok Road near Lohas Park MTR station in Tseung Kwan O. It includes two high-rise residential towers, a recreational facilities tower and car parking spaces on the basement floor, covering a gross floor area of approximately 48,200sq.m. This residential development project is wholly owned by Kowloon Development Company Limited. The two residential towers provide total 1,556 units.
