Manor Hill is located at 1 Shek Kok Road near Lohas Park MTR station in Tseung Kwan O. It includes two high-rise residential towers, a recreational facilities tower and car parking spaces on the basement floor, covering a gross floor area of approximately 48,200sq.m. This residential development project is wholly owned by Kowloon Development Company Limited. The two residential towers provide total 1,556 units. The recreational facilities include a clubhouse tower, a 25m outdoor swimming pool, a thematic manor landscape garden, a multi-functional indoor stadium, gymnasium, multimedia games, banquet rooms, outdoor children play area and BBQ area, e.t.c.
The project was completed in January of 2022 and is one of the most iconic residential development in Lohas now.

Site Aspects

  • At least 10 different basic services and 2 different recreational facilities are located within 500m walking distance from site
  • 66.13% of the total roof area was covered by roof materials with SRI higher than 78 and vegetation
  • Environmental management to minimize air, noise and water pollution during construction

Materials Aspects

  • Non-chlorofluorocarbon (non-CFC)-based refrigerants were used in HVAC&R systems
  • Avoid using ozone depleting materials
