座落於新界上水虎地坳道30號的上水維修廠，由兩座三層高的屋宇(A座及B座)及一座平房(C座)組成，樓面面積約一千平方米。維修廠於2018年完成。


環保特點包括太陽能光伏板、雨水收集系統、感光器、節能建築物外牆、高效節能空調系統等。

  • Minimized the heat island effect by using the high performance envelope

  • Timber materials originated from sustainable timber source were used
  • Reduced on-site construction waste

Energy Use

  • PV panels installed on roof
  • High efficiency HVAC system
  • 38% energy saving compare with the EMSD baseline

Water Use

  • Saved over 50% of potable water from sanitary fitting
  • High efficient and low flow sanitary fittings are adopted

Indoor Environmental Quality

  • Installation of Daylight Sensor
  • Achieved “Good Class” standard in the Hong Kong Government’s IAQ Certification Scheme
  • Provide sufficient enhanced barrier free access provisions
  • Provide sufficient amenities for operation and maintenance
