Sheung Shui Maintenance Depot is an office building comprises of 3 stories for Block A & B and 1 story for Block C. The site situated in No. 30 Fu Tei Au Road, Sheung Shui, New Territories, Hong Kong, occupies about 1,000 square meters. The building was completed in 2018.

Specific green installations included solar panel, rainwater harvesting system, daylight sensor, high performance envelope, high efficiency HVAC system and etc.
