The Development consists of a 6-storey building. It provides 140 rental flats with sizes of 22 sq.m. and 32 sq.m. which are suitable for families of one to four members. Commercial outlets and car parking spaces are accommodated on the ground floor. A podium garden accessible to the residents is on the first floor and includes a play area, a sitting area and an elderly activity area. The users enjoy a view towards the promenade of Sha Tau Kok at the podium garden.

100% sub-items of the HKPSG urban design guidelines have been achieved
Appropriate design measures have been implemented to contribute positively to the ecological values of the site
