Gaw Capital Asset Management is committed to incorporating sustainability considerations into our portfolio management. Across our portfolio, we have implemented green asset-enhancement initiatives, such as energy-efficient appliances, solar panels, and EV chargers to reduce carbon footprint. We have also adopted green operating practices, such as provision of recycling facilities to minimize waste in daily operations. To promote community wellness, we are dedicated to promoting the use of recreation spaces and organizing ongoing community engagement programs.
