Overall Score

The scope of the project was to provide a 30-classroom primary school campuses. Apart from providing up-to-date primary school standards in the campuses to nurture curiosity and the passion to learn, it was also important that each school would possess its own identity in line with the teaching philosophies of the school, while echoing with one another and with the new Kai Tak community. The school was to demonstrate the planning vision of the Kai Tak Development, to be distinguished, vibrant, attractive and people-oriented.  From the community point of view, the primary school campuses offered amplifying opportunities to create a sustainable neighbourhood in the dense urban district.
