K-Point is a shopping mall development situated at Tuen Mun developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties with a total gross floor area of about 58523 sq.ft.
Sustainable design is adopted in the development. all lightings used in the development are energy efficiency appliances, i.e. LED tubes lamp; LED lights and they are controlled by automatic time switch. The mall air-conditioning system is using R401A refrigerant.
