The building is designed to accommodate the world’s largest cruise vessels.  Facilities are on a par with the best of international facilities, consolidating Hong Kong’s position as a premier cruise hub in the region.
The connecting green landscaped features and its 42-metre wide span column-free layout are some of its distinct features.

Four atria and six large skylights draw natural light to the building

The roof landscape decks minimise the heat island effect

Solar panels and photovoltaic panels in use

The main chilled water circulation system utilises Kai Tak District Cooling System (DCS)

Rainwater and A/C condensate water recycled for irrigation in use

Precast production enables less temporary work and wastage
