One Artlane is a 28-storey high residential tower in Sai Ying Pun. It contains 1 floor of clubhouse and 2 floors of retail area. Its façade design is an interaction between large curtain walls with white rectangle frames to present the beauty of modern architecture. The premises has obtained different awards, including Best Development & Conservation Award 2021, Quality Building Award 2020 and Asia Property Award 2019 and so on.

Intelligent Construction & Project Management System has been used as central electronic storage of document, which can reduce the use of paper in day-to-day communication and document filing. It is estimated that 4.725 tons of paper is saved after the completion of the construction, which is equivalent to reducing 84,900 pounds of the emission of greenhouse gases
