Lai Tak Tsuen is the rental estate built by the Hong Kong Housing Society in the 70s. Our decade-long overhaul has renovated the estate with environmental-friendly and energy-saving tools, and equipped with efficient maintenance systems. We are devoted to cultivating a sustainable culture among our residents via organising green workshops and education programmes.
