Green building design - Circa 50% site area of greenery including green roof and wall. Roof area is covered by highly reflective materials and green roof with less solar heat absorption, Optimal building form design to achieve good surrounding microclimate

Energy-Use - Higher Coefficient of Performance inverter split type for Residential unit and higher Coefficient of Performance VRV (variable refrigerant volume) Air conditioning units for clubhouse and environmentally-friendly refrigerant used. Equipped with facilities for EV charging at all the parking spaces in order to reduce carbon emissions.

BioZone air purification technology – To enhance health and well-being of the residents, BioZone PhotoPlasma™ technology is installed at Clubhouse and each lobby of residential floor. It can actively eliminate airborne and surface microorganisms. It can also decompose volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other organic compounds.

Interactive E-information booth – All notices for residents are uploaded in E-information booth installed in Clubhouse and every tower entrance lobby to reduce the use of papers. Residents can book clubhouse facilities anytime using these Interactive E-information booths as well.
Clubhouse facilities booking Mobile App – Residents can book clubhouse facilities anytime and anywhere via mobile app.
