Being developed with distinctive architecture and SHKP’s spirit “Building Homes with Heart", the deluxe Ultima stands out as a new exemplar of residences in Ho Man Tin. It boasts a central location surrounded by greenery, coupled with a pleasant environment, vast views, convenient transportation and quality school network. Ultima has seven residential towers and seven houses which are lined up in a row with glass curtain walls and stone and aluminum alloy finishes for a grand, modern appearance, offering a total of 527 units.

In order to offer a sophisticated lifestyle to residents, Ultima offers a range of customized premier services by setting up the Supreme Management Services Limited to perfect the variety and quality of management. We believe that smart management is a dynamic asset which improves occupant comfort, lower energy costs, and communicate problems. By applying it, a smart, digital building that improves building performance, including energy, operation, security, comfort and efficiency, reduces short- and long-term costs and generates significantly higher user satisfaction rates could be resulted. In light of that, Ultima keeps using, refining and trying various technological and innovative management system to create a smart and green building for its residence.

Water Use

  • Auto-irrigation system was installed at planter to reduce rely on manpower irrigation. Efficient water management can be achieved by setting water flow rate and usage pattern.
  • Automatic water taps are installed for all changing rooms in Club House to prevent from fresh water wastage.
  • Pool covers are used to cover swimming pool when the pool is not in services to reduce water vaporization.
  • Reuse water for staircase cleaning during water tank cleaning.
  • Reuse swimming pool water for carpark cleaning.
  • Rain water is collected for DIY farming activities.

Story

Ultima is devoted to the sustainable development of the building where we operate. Under our four main pillars, namely Green Ultima, Wellness Ultima, Smart Ultima and Caring Ultima, we have launched various programmes and initiatives to promote sustainable development both within and outside the building.

An Environmental & Sustainability Committee has been established in Ultima for self-involvement in planning and implementation of environment initiatives and campaigns. Site Manager is appointed as the team leader who responsible for the overall coordination of all programmes. Moreover, our technical manager is appointed to execute energy management activities while and a Senior Officer to execute other environmental & sustainability related initiatives and campaigns.

Energy Management Plan & Manual (EMP&M) has been designed and adopted by Ultima and Business Environment Council Limited has been appointed as a third party energy audit consultant from the beginning of 2018 to perform audit, data analysis and recommendation to the senior management of Ultima.

We have different communication channels for environmental policy, initiatives, accomplishments and suggestion, such as, SEM System, Company Forum. Internal Emails & Memo, Daily Briefing, weekly training, internal workshops, e-newsletter, WhatsApp task group and Mobile App “Live-e-asy”.  Various suggestions have been received and taken into consideration including the new ideas about the purpose, length, and content of different green workshops and activities.
