Shui On Centre is a Grade A office building located at 6-8 Habour Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong. The building is on the waterfront and overlooks a beautiful landscaped garden and an unobstructed panoramic view of Victoria Harbour. It comprises approximately 51,000 s.m. of commercial and office accommodation in its 35-storey tower structure; and car parking facilities in its three basement floors.

The building is designed to provide all necessary amenities and modern facilities. The layout is well thought-out with efficient core arrangement to cater for maximum flexibility to facilitate tenants’ layout planning.

Shui On Centre is a premier 35-storey office building in Wan Chai, a busy commercial area of Hong Kong Island. Shui On Centre was among the first recipients of Indoor Air Quality Certificates (Excellent Class) for whole office building in Hong Kong.

To safeguard and enhances the health of tenants and colleagues, Shui On Centre has taken a range of regular maintenance measures, which include increasing the frequency of cleaning and changing air filters, cleaning of air ducts and ventilation equipment, as well as strict control and monitor of air pollution created by interior fitting out works.
