Tsuen Fung Centre, a prominent residential and commercial complex in Tsuen Wan, was completed in 1987 and managed by Nan Fung Property Management. Tsuen Fung Centre encourages joint efforts with stakeholders to promote environmental protection and support green programmes. By participating in the Peak Demand Management Program initiated by CLP Power Hong Kong Limited and signing up the Charter on External Lighting, Tsuen Fung Centre adopted measures such as installation of energy saving light bulbs (LED) and maintaining the temperature of shopping arcade at 25.5℃.
