Public Rental Housing Development at San Po Kong, a high-rise development located at the eastern corner of Kowloon high-density urban district, tells the very true story of public housing in Hong Kong. It provides 857 flats in 32 domestic storeys with various green living features to foster a quality sustainable living.

• Pleasantly designed green roof of all low rise structures provide a relaxing natural environment for the Estate

• The disposition and the building mass take into account the Micro-climate and Air Ventilation Assessments which enhance the daylight, sun shading and ventilation

The Acoustic Window in the living areas comprises a sliding glazed panel behind an openable window to attenuate noise coming from Prince Edward Road East

Two-level Lighting Control in the lift lobbies and corridors saves the need to maintain a constantly high level of illumination to promote energy conservation
