Cityplaza One is a 22-storey Grade-A office buildings suited at 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo Shing. This innovative office building feature floor plates ranging from approximately 24,111 ft2 to 29,062 ft2. Cityplaza One was completed in 1997.

We have continued to undertake various measures to enhance and identify any opportunity for the energy efficiency improvement works, such as replacement of the air-cooled chiller plants with water-cooled chiller plants, closely monitoring of electrical loading consumption, replacement the traditional lighting with LED light and adopt faucet aerator.

With our great effort for making “green” improvement in building operation, energy & water efficiency and waste disposal strategic, Cityplaza One achieve Final Platinum rating under “BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Certification” in April 2018
