暫定鉑金級

「恒基兆業地產集團(恒基)」之「電氣道218號寫字樓項目」位於北角電氣道與油街交界,將建成一棟25層高,總建築面積約144,000ft²的甲級寫字樓。

此項目設計着重「以人為本」,結合嶄新設計及最新建築設備技術,配上「用家為本」之樓宇管理系統,締造一個舒適自然、健康、而又充滿活力之工作環境予上班人士享用。

「電氣道218號寫字樓項目」為港島東甲級寫字樓設下新典範,並獲頒2017年度「綠建環評新建建築1.2版」之「暫定鉑金級」榮譽。

Site Aspects (SA)

  • Building setback for better ventilation at pedestrian level
  • Soft landscaping of 30% site area
  • Good site emission control

Materials Aspects (MA)

  • Provide sufficient waste recycled facilities
  • Select environmental materials
  • Minimize the demolition and construction waste

Energy Use (EU)

  • Adopt a number of energy saving measures in passive and active design to achieve annual energy saving of 30% as compared to BEAM Plus Baseline
  • Undertake environmental consideration on planning and architectural design to enhance energy efficient building layout
  • Consider the choice of low embodied materials in design of structural elements

Water Use (WU)

  • Total percentage of potable water saving is approximately 65%
  • Total percentage of effluent discharge is around 49%
  • Rainwater recycling system is installed for irrigation water supply

Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ)

  • CO sensors for demand control ventilation in carpark
  • Fresh air is increased by 30% in all normally occupied areas
  • Indoor air quality to be controlled at good class or above.

  • Liquid Desiccant Cooling and Dehumidification System
  • Hybrid Ventilation
