Lee Garden Three is Hysan’s newest building with an anticipated completion date in late 2017. It will be a high quality office and retail building providing A-Grade office space and appealing retail outlets. Following the footsteps of the company’s renowned green commercial building Hysan Place, the new building will aim for the highest rating under BEAM Plus New Buildings. Its addition further demonstrates Hysan’s commitment to build a sustainable community.
