As the manager of Sunlight REIT, we are committed to embracing the principle of sustainability in our business strategies, ensuring that the growth of Sunlight REIT is achieved without compromising environmental protection.

We take pride in maintaining an eco-friendly property portfolio. Sunlight Tower, the flagship office building of Sunlight REIT, was awarded the BEAM for Existing Buildings (Version 5/04) Platinum Rating in 2011. Since then, we have continued to undertake various measures to enhance its energy efficiency, such as upgrading the central air-conditioning system with water-cooled chiller plants, conducting carbon audits, and closely monitoring the operation of E&M system. In parallel, enhancement initiatives and green property management practices concerning indoor environmental quality, water use as well as materials and waste management are in place.

With our incessant effort in pursuit of excellence and sustainability, Sunlight Tower was awarded the Final Platinum rating under the BEAM Plus Existing Buildings (Version 1.2) on 18 November 2016.
