Overall Score

This project is the first university building in Hong Kong achieved a PLATINUM grading under BEAM Plus v1.1. It was a collaborative effort of different professionals and the University to GO Green. Specific green installations included green wall, BIPV curtain wall façade, sunlight tracking device, wind turbine installation, solar sensing irrigation system and etc.
