Cityplaza is the largest shopping malls on HK Island which offer an incredible range of 170 international brands, a 5-star Cineplex, plus a full-facility ice rink. Cityplaza comprise of two complex buildings: Cityplaza Mall South and North which located at Tai Koo. The total gross floor area for the development is 82,831.09 sq.m.

Swire Properties always put sustainable development in first priority. We aim to continue to design, construct, and manage high quality developments that contribute positively to the communities and the environment.

We have continued to undertake various measures to enhance and identify any opportunity for the energy efficiency improvement works, such as replacement of the air-cooled chiller plants with water-cooled chiller plants, closely monitoring of electrical loading consumption, replacement the traditional lighting with LED light and adopt faucet aerator.

With our great effort for making “green” improvement in building operation, energy & water efficiency and waste disposal strategic, Cityplaza achieve Final Platinum rating under “BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Certification” in January 2018.
