Lincoln House is a 21-storey Grade-A office building with an additional 5-level basement car park, situated in Taikoo Place, 979 King’s Road, Quarry Bay. This innovative building features floor plates of approximately 10,800 ft2 to 14,300 ft2. The building was completed in 1998.

Swire Properties has always taken great care in developing environmentally sound buildings that are built based on an integrated design approach. This means incorporating sustainable measures throughout a building’s life cycle, from planning and design to operation and maintenance. Additionally, we are committed to reducing the buildings impact on the climate and optimising the efficiency of resource use in our operations.

We support building rating schemes that measure the environmental impacts of buildings, and provide benchmarks and objective standards against our performance is measured. Lincoln House is the first batch of projects that achieved Final Platinum rating under “BEAM Plus Existing Buildings V2.0 Certification” in December 2017.
